And now we come to the bit that I just knew was going to be a problem!! 
The PID controller. 
AAAAAArrrrrgggg its doing my head in, spent 4 hours yesterday trying to suss it out, I have been informed that they are not the easiest of things to use (after buying it!!) but guess that like all this stuff once you know how, it’s easy 



So in order to get to know how to use and set it up this is what I have done, wired it up as it will be in the oven using the bulb to represent the elements, yea I know its crude but it’s functional, finally got it to recognise the thermocouple and actually switch on and read the temperature, checked it for accuracy against an infra red thermometer and its spot on 
Now just need to work out how to get it to control the on time and switch off time !!! I think that I had better spend a bit of time playing with this before installing it !!
